You may have noticed that green smoothies are becoming a health trend--you can go to any big box grocery store these days and find the pre-mixed dried smoothie concoctions. However, I'm not a huge fan of these since you can buy raw materials, ingredients and avoid, whether or not containing added sugar, sodium and preservatives.Anything to win, the size of the actual food using green smoothie. Additional benefits to come into contact with foodstuffs, frozen, whether or not their enzymes intact ("worker bees" of your own body), antioxidants, vitamins and minerals that have gone through any of the warranties and conditions with regard to the processing.


Add your own diet and the benefits of the Greens are endless.This is my top five grounds:


1. Healthy carbs-- most people forget (or maybe you do not understand) all the vegetables are complex carbohydrates source. Green are one of my favorite carb sources, because they are rich in fibre and the balance of the blood sugar this means very well.


2. reduces the risk of acquired immune deficiency syndrome, cancer--, Cancer American Society such as green leafy veggies, as well as their lower risk of lung, esophageal, mouth and throat, (check the nose and mouth) cancer.

3. Energizing and bone-building--Greens are fabulous source B-complex vitamins , amino acids and many minerals, including calcium , magnesium , iron , potassium and chromium (blood sugar balancing mineral oils).


4. vitamin c--only one cup of the Balearic Islands, as well as provides 70% of the total amount of vitamin c with only 20 burnt.Vitamin cis the most significant immune system health. it does not only prevent the common cold, but in order to prevent the cancer cells to establish their own.


5. the Alkalinizing--we are all use more food in the diet of our alkalinizing. most people are strongly acidic stress , sugar, caffeine , red meat , -based foods and lack of exercise of the right (or too much exercise), the Greens are alkaline. make helpful in balancing your body's PH level.


Green smoothie recipe


Ingredients:


1 Cup, as well as their leaves
A small handful of spinach not satisfying the
2 tbsp fresh parsley or Mint
1 cup green grapes
1/2 PEAR
1 tbsp protein powder is a blend of (your choice, but rather this brand)
Water access, where appropriate, the desired consistency


Place all ingredients in Blender and mix until it is fully blended immediately. Cheers. Enjoy!
